⭐ Focus completely on them.
Make them feel like the VIP that they are, spend time giving thorough consultation and make suggestions on their lash look, to show off and highlight their best features, this will demonstrate that you truly care… Don’t forget to answer their Qs before you start!
⭐ Prioritise their comfort.
Guide them gently onto the treatment table, offer a blanket and re-offer in 15 minutes when their body temperature cools.
⭐ Be professional.
From the way you dress to how you talk to them, be appropriate. Your client will more likely trust you if you look presentable and are polite.
