When your client arrives, have them fill and sign a waiver form. After, go through the procedure. Make sure that they understand the service, so the process goes smooth-sailing.
💫 Focus on them
Make them feel like the VIP that they are, and give them your utmost attention. Make suggestions on their lash styling to show that you’re truly invested. Don’t forget to answer their Qs before you start!
💫 Prioritise their comfort
Guide them gently onto the lashing bed, and make them comfortable by offering a blanket or advise them to visit the bathroom before. Always ask for their feedback after every procedure, and make sure that they were comfortable the whole time.
💫 Be professional
From the way you dress to how you talk to them, be appropriate. Your client will more likely trust you if you look presentable and are polite.
