You’re a new lash artist and you’ve got models to practice on, but how do I get them to keep coming back?
Here are some of the most effective strategies to encourage your models and new clients to get them to rebook and become regulars:
Provide excellent service: The best way to get a client to rebook is by providing an excellent service that meets or exceeds their expectations. Ensure that you are using high-quality products, providing a comfortable experience, and communicating well throughout the process.
Ask for feedback: Ask your client how they liked the service and if there’s anything you could have done better. By showing that you care about their experience, you’ll build a relationship with them that could lead to rebooking.
Offer a loyalty program: Consider offering a loyalty program that rewards clients who rebook with you. This could be in the form of discounts, free services, or other perks.
Follow-up: after the appointment, send your client a follow-up message to check in on how their lashes are holding up. This will show that you care about their satisfaction and could lead to a rebooking.
Remind them of the benefits: When you’re trying to get a client to rebook, remind them of the benefits of regular eyelash extensions, such as saving time on their daily routine or always looking put together.
My personal favourite is writing little personal notes on their client card to remind you of what has been happening in their life, e.g ” Is currently doing home renovations” or “loves married at first sight” and this will do wonders for building that rapport with your clients
