Client Consultation 101

A potential new client can contact you through many different sources such as a telephone call, text message, Instagram message, etc.

I would strongly advise you to have a phone conversation with any new client, asking some key questions and taking a booking fee to secure the time for them.

It is extremely important that you ask many questions before even scheduling this appointment with them as it can save you time. (for example, if a client has a contra-indication then you have allocated time for no reason.)
