Creating an incredible brow service for your client takes skill and will only come with experience!

The key points I keep in mind to build a comfortable and special experience is to treat your client like a star ✨

From the moment you greet them at the door, until you say goodbye – you are completely devoted to them.

Remember to think everything through, be professional and use your manners as these always set up a good first impression.

I always make every move and touch on their face smooth and relaxing.

Note that this is a pampering experience – your client may never get the time to set aside a slot for beauty treatments, so treat them like they’re at a beauty spa! 💆‍♀️

For instance, when you are shampooing the eyebrow, use massage motions (not a “poking” motion or rough scrub!)

Another tip I have is to explain each movement so there are no surprises or jolts!

At this time we discuss why I’m choosing a certain colour and my vision for their brow.

Then, after the treatment has been completed, I use Brow Oil, just a drop and press into the brow, I spend a minute or so performing a mini temple and pressure point massage, this alerts that the treatment is coming to an end.

As they are wakening, I would offer a mirror so they can see the finished results and you can describe what you have achieved and your future vision.

You can at this time discuss the perfect aftercare routine, offer them a brow serum and perhaps a brow soap to fluff up those brows!

Now, at the end of the appointment, I then offer to reschedule their next booking. You can touch base the next day by email or text and express how nice it was to meet and that you hope they are enjoying their brow! 😍
